A soft and magical autumn morning where we gather to honour
Samhain through slow rituals, self-care and ancient yoga practices.

SlowMuse invites you to a magical morning where we celebrate autumn and the energy of Samhain.
It is a time of year when we turn inward, into the Yin.

We will connect with herbs and organic essential oils that support our bodies through autumn,
practise yoga, drink ceremonial cacao and tea, and receive a magical sound journey. You will create
your own aromatherapy roller. A sensory morning that brings peace, joy, deep connection,
replenishment and harmony.

Practical information

  • The circle takes place at Ashtanga Yoga Mira Wøhlk (Mejlgade 51A, 2nd floor, 8000 Aarhus).
  • Saturday, October 24, from 10:30 to 13:00.
  • The early-bird price is 399 DKK until October 15; after that, it is 449 DKK.
  • There is space for 14 participants.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a notebook if you would like to write about your intention.
  • If you prefer not to drink ceremonial cacao, tea will also be served.
  • You will receive a small gift from SlowMuse.
  • Healthy snacks will be served.

You can pay by credit card, Klarna or Billie (if you have a CVR number).

Ceremonial cacao nourishes you, opens your heart and supports your intuition.

Meditation
and Yoga

We practise gentle Kundalini and Yin yoga with soft movement, chanting and meditation. We honour the past, present and future.

Aromatherapy Roller
Workshop

Together, we create a personal aromatherapy roller using organic essential oils that support the body and mind.

Sound Bath

The frequencies and tones of Himalayan singing bowls and SlowMuse Crystal bowls take you on a meditative journey and ground our intentions within us.

Oracle Reading

If you wish, Gabi will offer you a mini oracle reading to guide you on your soul's journey.

Meet your spaceholder, Michèle Gabrielle

Michèle Gabrielle, “Gabi”, is the founder of SlowMuse.co, a community for women.

She is a certified yoga teacher, holistic and intuitive guide, cacao guardian and sound therapist. She also founded Slowmuse Crystal, her own crystal singing-bowl brand.

She guides and supports women around the world through in-person ceremonies and online circles, helping them connect with their true essence and inner power.
She lives in Denmark, is French and Italian, and is the mother of two beautiful souls. She often travels with her husband to activate and work with Mother Earth's energy grid.

Gabi is passionate about women's wellbeing, lunar cycles, gentle yoga and soft movement, as well as healthy nutrition tailored to the feminine body.

Following a spontaneous full awakening in 2016, she dedicated her life to her missions and to working for the feminine and “The Great Mother”.

Create your own aromatherapy roller

Because it is Samhain, we will connect with plants, herbs and aromatherapy. Together, we will create a personal roller using organic essential oils that support the body and mind, calm the nervous system, and nourish us through autumn and winter.

You will take your own aromatherapy roller home with you.
The organic essential oils we use are from Fanks Oils, natural-oil makers and herb gardens.

You will also receive a small magical gift bag for your rituals at home, containing a crystal, palo santo and a little clean make-up.
